Riad Nesma

Riad Nesma has been restored in the traditional Moroccan style. The most skilled artisans of Marrakech have created this remarkable work of art. They have been inspired by the culture and ancient architectural tradition of Marrakech.

The layout of the Riad is adapted to the way of life of those who live on the arid dry plains around Marrakech. Its outside walls are blind, communicating with the outside world through a single door-sculpted in black wood. This design allows complete privacy for its guests.

As soon as you cross the threshold of Riad Nesma you will be carried away by its ambiance. Its marvellous décor will calm and uplift the soul.

In accordance with a formal architectural style, Riad Nesma is planned around a central courtyard with a rose petal covered fountain as its centre-piece. This courtyard gives access to the 7 rooms through sculptured wooden doors. The beautiful and artistic design of the carved doors will take you back to the splendours of old Marrakech.

Location

Riad Nesma is located in the centre of the ancient Medina, an ideal spot within the XI century city walls. The main historical sites are within easy walking distance such as: Bahia Palace, El Badii Palace, The Koutoubia and the Jemaa El Fna Square.
